Part Time Worship Leader
Purpose: To recruit, and train a team of people gifted in the arts to lead the congregation into the presence of God through worship, in a way that best serves the overall vision of the church.
Qualifications:
Must be a person walking in an obedient relationship with Jesus Christ, loves people, and Christs church.
Must be able to lead traditional and contemporary worship with the emphasis on contemporary.
Capacity to train, and recruit worship team members and musicians and care for them.
Quality keyboard or guitar player.
The ability to work with audio/visual media teamÂto ensure smooth running service with quality worship experience.
Duties:
Lead worship on Sunday morning.
Lead practice.
Meet with pastor regularly, either by phone or in person. (The pastor will be the direct supervisor).
Be an active part of the Church family.
Salary: $1000 a month
