Live On-Site Leasing Agent, Residential Manager
Compensation: ALL inclusive housing including utilities and Wi-Fi (Approx $881 in value) Plus Monthly Stipend $1200
employment type: 20 – 40 hours/week. Flexible hours can vary depending on efficiency, effectiveness and vacancy.
As part of a small, friendly team, we have a position available for a live-in Leasing Agent and Residential Manager. You will report on the day-to-day observations of a 60-unit building. We will provide training on our property management software, as well as on applicable state, local, and federal laws governing residential management. You will report to the company owner or designee.
General
Professional appearance, communication skills, and organization
Attend weekly Tuesday 10 a.m. staff meeting
Send weekly Leasing/Residential Manager Report to the AAS team on Tuesday.
Leasing: Perform residential showings including:
Phone – Answer phone calls during office hours and return Zillow inquiries by phone or text
Showings – Schedule and conduct
Staging – light décor
Collect applications – completed, ID, Proof of Income, send to leasing office
Leases – schedule, communicate, sign, collect funds
Move Outs - Final Inspections and Make Readies to flip units
Residential Manager
Supervise Common Area Cleaning/Tidying
Complying with Fair Housing laws
Report to admin team
Filter and direct residential questions/concerns
Post/Communicate with residents for all leasing, management, and maintenance
Track/enter/deposit rents and fees
Will train the right candidatepositive attitude is a must!
