Front Range Staffing is seeking an Industrial Paint Booth Operator for a Denver-based manufacturing company, near the I-70 and I-25 corridor.
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Paint Prep Operator will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment preparing metal and composite parts for paint application. The ideal candidate will take pride in producing high-quality finishes and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
Duties include:
Cleaning, sanding, and prepping materials prior to painting.
Performing final inspections to ensure surfaces are properly prepared for the paint booth.
Assisting in organizing and moving materials within the plant and yard.
Supporting general shop operations as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Collaborating closely with painters, fabricators, and other shop personnel.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in paint preparation, sandblasting, or industrial surface finishing.
Basic understanding of painting processes (spray painting experience preferred).
Ability to use hand tools, sanders, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Forklift or material handling experience a plus.
