What You’ll Do
- Perform hands-on work daily: demolition, rough-in, setting pans/valves, installs, and final trim.
- Sweat copper, run PEX/PVC, set fixtures (toilets, vanities, faucets), and ensure leak-free systems.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and deliver clean, code-compliant work.
- Load/unload materials, protect job sites, and complete daily cleanup.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates; document work in our app.

Physical and Work Requirements
- Able to lift/carry 50–75 lbs regularly; climb ladders; bend/kneel/crouch for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in occupied homes and occasionally in tight spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR; ability to pass standard background checks.
- Occasional overtime based on project needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Current Colorado Journeyman or Plumber certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Residential remodel experience preferred.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (day shift); minimal evenings/weekends.
- Compensation: 60,000–80,000 base + bonuses (experience-based).
