Punchlist Technician

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Punchlist Technician to join our team for an exciting project in Colorado Springs.
Job Description:
As a Punchlist Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of punch list items to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. A punch list is a document listing work that does not conform to contract specifications, typically minor items that need to be addressed before project completion. This role requires a proactive individual who is skilled in carpentry and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Punch Lists: Thoroughly review the punch list provided by the project manager or client to understand the required tasks.
Perform Repairs and Corrections: Execute a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and minor electrical or plumbing work, to address items on the punch list.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed meets the project’s quality standards and specifications.
Inspection: Conduct final inspections to ensure all punch list items have been satisfactorily completed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the completion of punch list items.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Multiple years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in carpentry and general construction skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High motivation and engagement in work tasks.
Full-time availability and commitment to project completion.
