- Stucco Repair Techs or Installer(s) for Residential/Commercial applications

Requirements for Sub Crews:
5+ years of experience
General liability insurance
Tools, vehicles, and equipment (ladders, scaffolding, pump-jacks preferred)
Minimum Required Skills:
Able to complete repairs up to complete projects
Able to assess requirements of job scope
Able to lead your team to complete jobs on time and within budget
Able to identify and relay info when a change order is necessary
Good communication skills are a must (texting, confirmation, updates)
Courteous and professional customer service skills
