Campbell Beard Roofing is one of Denver's largest roofing companies in the Metro area and have been providing quality roofs for over 30 years. We are seeking an applicant to join our administrative team. This is a full-time position that will be in charge of creating invoices for each job, using current pricing for each customer's bid. Comparing our pricing to their PO's and contacting customer regarding discrepancies. Accessing customer web sites to search for any missing PO's, marking current PO's as completed and printing any lien releases that need to be signed off in order for payment to be sent. Applying payments to job invoices, researching shortages, following up with requests to the customer for short pays and unpaid invoices. Answering phone calls and routing to correct person. Heavy communications with builder superintendents regarding requests for PO's/EPO's and following up until the PO is available on their web site.
Job Duties include:
-Organization and time management skills
-High energy with multi-task abilities
-Follow up email requests for new PO's, payment requests and corrections to pricing
-Access builder websites to look for job updates to print and attach requested PO's
-Applying payments to correct invoices in A/R, communicating with customer regarding short pays
-Close out, take address of board and file job orders when roof is completed
-Assist where needed with ongoing job projects
-Answer phones
