We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations - Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and journal entries - Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts - Process payroll and tax payments - Handle invoicing and collections - Assist with preparing budgets and financial forecasts - Oversee all financial transactions and ensure accuracy - Ensure timely payment of invoices and payroll - Collaborate with external accountants for tax filings
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information - Strong communication skills - Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
