Job Title: Income Tax Specialist
Are you an experienced Income Tax Specialist who not only knows the ins and outs of tax regulations but also brings a positive attitude and a sense of humor to the table? We're looking for someone with extensive income tax experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax planning strategies, deductions, and credits.
Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax outcomes for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide proactive and relevant tax advice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or EA certification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in income tax preparation and planning.
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Access etc.) and Citrix Sharefile.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated integrity, humility, and a good sense of humor.
