We are seeking a full time Concrete Construction Manager to join our team! You will be overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, material orders, and implementation of ongoing and future projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Provide all submittals required for each project as needed
Create RFI logs and distribute responded RFI’s to crew leaders
Create and submit Change Order Requests
Qualifications
5 years of experience in construction management or other related fields
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail- oriented
Microsoft Excel and Word proficient
Proficient in drop box, textura, procore and other similar construction management programs that may be used by the clients is very helpful
