We are seeking a no-nonsense professional with some experience in property management who excels at keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful in collecting rent, knowledgeable about maintenance management, and continuously improving. Lots of room to grow for anyone that puts the work in and can create positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Rent Collection: Must be able to problem solve rent collection and use your people skills to get people paid up. We do not rely on the court system as our main collection strategy
Maintenance Management: Learn and understand the building’s maintenance needs; effectively communicate requirements and keep maintenance staff as efficient as possible. Maintain clean and inviting common areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for all residents.
Leasing: Must be able to convert a healthy percentage of prospective tenants. Must be able to weed out problem tenants in the application process
Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and contractors; address concerns promptly and professionally.
Tenant Management: Monitor tenant behavior and address any issues with problem tenants, enforcing lease agreements.
24/7 job. Must be able to monitor incoming maintenance messages and handle emergencies as they arise.
