We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at our community. The ideal candidate will confidently supervise our maintenance team, enforce company policies fairly and consistently (delinquency and resident conduct), and maintain positive relationships with residents. You’ll oversee all aspects of property performance leasing, unit turns, work orders, grounds upkeep, and office administration while always keeping an eye on the big picture of property improvement and long-term value. You’ll be supported by a strong regional leadership team for guidance, resources, and decision-making.
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring schedule flexibility (generally Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, occasional Saturdays, and on-call availability as needed) along with reliable transportation and a true commitment to excellence.
