Job Summary:
Support and assist external customers in customer service, order entry, project execution, quality control and receivables.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage customer accounts
Receive and address incoming calls and emails from customers
Process orders on a daily basis by performing data entry function on purchase orders and sales orders based
on program requirements
Match vendor invoices and warehouse packing slips to purchase orders.
Invoice customers when all paperwork has been received, verifying all costs are accounted for and match invoices to corresponding paperwork
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct supervisory duties. If necessary, may train backup personnel to provide assistance as needed.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above with adequate training, along with the skills listed below. Ability to multi task is a must.
Education and/or Experience:
Required: High School Diploma with a minimum of three years’ experience in this type of position.
Preferred: Degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of three years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
