Currently, we are seeking a motivated customer service/sales support representative with excellent communication and people skills. Technical and mechanical aptitude are a plus.

Most of the work will be responding to incoming customer calls and emails. You will be helping them with a variety of issues including:

Diagnosing product repairs and assisting with required replacement parts.

Comparing and selecting the right product or machine to purchase for a certain application.

Helping with Website.

Handling shipping, billing, and other logistical problems.

No OUTGOING, COLD CALLING OR SOLICITATION is involved. However, occasional opportunities for outside sales, marketing and trade show participation will be available.

You must be able to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, process orders and help Website customers with questions. Strong problem-solving instinct and a commitment to excellence is required.

Pluses are:

Technical and Mechanical aptitude. Many of our customer inquiries are for assistance in buying the correct machine and replacement parts.

Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office with knowledge of contact management software.

The candidate must enjoy learning new things, as cross training within sales and customer service will be expected.

Working hours are 7:30 to 4:00, Monday through Friday.
