Company: Inland Technologies International Inland Technologies (ITI) is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Denver International Airport (DEN) location! PAY:$24 / hour |TYPE:Full Time |SHIFT:AM The members of the Inland Group of Companies (IDS,Inland Technologies,andQuantem Aviation Services)are highly experienced in aircraft de-icing, environmental management, ground handling, and pretty much any other aviation support service you can think of. We operate at over 50 airports in four countries. As our company continues to change and grow we are seeking a qualified individual to contribute to our ongoing success in the role of Administrative Assistant. About the Position: This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. There is a strong demand for high-quality, organized, and repeatable results. The responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities requiring rapid shifts in priorities. To be successful in this position you need to be:

Aware of company safety policies and procedures and you ensure a safe environment and adhere to all regulatory, Inland, and Airline policies and procedures;

General reception duties including greeting, answer telephones,

General office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, retrieving information, working with correspondence, and preparing information for meetings, reports, or ad hoc requests;

General mail duties such as sending and picking up daily mail at the local post office, sort and deliver mail internally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and field/respond to all routine and non-routine questions.

Coordinate the new-hire process to include scheduling and/or conducting employee interviews, organizing badging process, processing new-hire packets, verifying I-9 documents using E-verify, reviewing pre-employment drug screen results, requesting MVRs, and entering new-hire information into payroll system.

Work as a SIDA Badge coordinator and ensure compliance with all airport/airline required SIDA badge, safety and security requirements.

Responsible for managing the employee timecard system to ensure all timecards are processed timely and accurately for each payroll cycle.

Ensure all employee information is kept up-to-date. Assist in the completion of employee forms, including PAFs, address change forms, W4s, etc., and forward to proper department for processing. Ensure that all proper signatures are obtained.

Establish new-hire employee folders, incorporate new hire paperwork within files and ensure original files are sent to corporate human resources department.

Responsible for billing entry as well as handling billing questions from Corporate.

Organize uniform program for the station by providing employees with uniform order forms and forwarding orders to Corporate or when applicable ordering on-line.

Promote consistent reinforcement and adherence to ITI’s mission, values and purpose to instill the core beliefs of ITI.

Foster an environment where operations, maintenance, and corporate staff work together for the success of the department and the company.

Coordinate office and other supplies.

Performs other duties assigned by ITImanagement.

Qualifications:

Two years of experience in an administrative role

Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret information, promote and execute ideas, prepare reports and provide a foundation of open communication

Excellent spelling and grammar with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-deadline environment while communicating effectively with varying personalities

Willing to learn new skills and adapt to change in order to support the growth of the company and meet the needs of customers

Must be able to obtain a SIDA airport badge
