Hiring a Customer & Warehouse Support Associate in Denver, CO!Description:
Will take medical equipment orders via phone ( will not be cold calling or prospecting these customers, they are coming to you)
Main responsibilities include helping customers with their accounts (taking payments, addressing invoice concerns, updating contact information)
Other roles could include cycle counting in the warehouse, unpacking products/taking product off of palettes that come into the warehouse, supporting branch delivery driver role via logistical support or back up delivery driving (this is only if the Drivers are all on route or there is a last minute request)
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar industry
Comfortable with physical movement in the role (lifting, rolling, maneuvering canisters onto the truck)
Valid driver's licensed with a good driving record
Nice Have Qualifications:
Previous experience with Supply Chain (in the job or in schooling)
Has experience working in plumbing/heating/cooling industry (HVAC)
