Description:
Provides guest service and front line support for customers. Conducts informational E-Bike tours of Denver, Colorado for customers that may include tourists, the general public, private groups and corporate retreats. Serves as an ambassador of Colorado and Denver by representing the company and promoting company values and image.
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic biking standards that our tour guides must adeptly know how to do: Ability to steer and handle varied terrain (turning and cornering and navigating bike lands), shift gears (down shift, up shift, control while shifting and riding), brake (controlled use of both brakes, no skidding, no sudden braking), and overall control (balance, control of pedals, traffic (vehicle and pedestrian) avoidance, pace) etc. Must know how to proficiently and safely ride an electric bike on varied bike trails while leading a tour of guests in the safest manner.
Great customer service skills. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform moderate to heavy labor work.
Schedule:
Part time - 2-3 days a week. We are looking for guide(s) Sunday, Monday and some substitutions other days.
Ride Colorado Guides will be independent contractors

Hiring Rate $25.00 3-4 hours per tour! Plus Generous TIP!
