OverviewWe are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, efficient communications professional to engage employees throughout their journey at HealthEdge. The position’s main goal is tohelp employees across the organization stay up to date about the company’s mission, vision, goals, projects, and executive updates by leading strategic internal and executive communications programs. This role will work across the organization with numerous stakeholders to create and implement effective communications. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire the HealthEdge community.Reporting to the SVP, People, and Culture, this role will operate in close collaboration with senior leadership to execute communication plans to achieve our goals. This individual must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and demonstrate trust through confidentiality, follow through, and objectivity, placing the needs of the company above an individual.Your impact:Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan: You will align internally and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.

Work cross-functionally across teams: You will work in close partnership with the Center of Excellence (Human Resources, Legal, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Secutiry), Product Divisions, Departments, and Senior Leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.

Produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including announcements, messages, talking points, videos and presentations to be delivered across a variety of channels – email, Slack, Confluence, presentations, etc.

Manage the company’s internal communications channels: Maintain the editorial calendar (Weekly Update, department communications, newsletters, announcements, etc).

Support leadership and company meetings: You will help craft the messaging and program through agenda, speaker selection, and logistics including the company town hall.

Manage the development and implementation of a company intranet to ensure information is cascading across the company in an organized and effective manner.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on developing communications and initiatives to attract the best talent to HealthEdge - recruitment materials, employee testimonials, promoting hot jobs on social media, etc.

Manage and maintain employer branding on Linkedin, Glassdoor, and the company website.

Develop a strategy to position HealthEdge to be a great place to work. Identify and manage awards programs and initiatives that support this effort.

Manage HealthEdge Cares, the organization’s corporate philanthropy program, and engage employees in programs and events.

Manage the internal communications team, including a Creative Director and Communications Specialist.

What you bring:10+ years of relevant communications experience preferably internal communications within a large matrixed organization

Experience working in a hybrid global organization with employees in multiple geographic locations, working from an office and remotely.

Excellent writing, editing, and prooing skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.

Proficiency in project management and ability to drive projects to completion; strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker, with strong detail-orientation

Demonstrated success in planning and executing established goals and metrics

Excel at working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

S./B.A. degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business preferred
