As an IT Digital Analyst, you will contribute to designing and deploying solutions to support the digital journeys for Johns Manville Customers and Employees. The ideal candidate is someone who has a curious mindset, easily adapts to innovative technology, and loves to problem-solve in a fun and collaborative environment. This is an entry level Business Analyst position that will focus on governing and optimizing digital content across platforms, measuring and driving full utilization of digital solutions, participating in the development of new digital solutions. Success in this role requires an independent, collaborative, and agile learner who is organized and efficient at executing planned deliverables. Applicants can expect to make between $73,000 to $90,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some work days performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Your Day-to-Day: Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and define business goals and functional requirements to design solutions to improve digital experiences Working closely with business users to translate business needs into detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, test plans, configuration settings. Govern and optimize content across digital platforms for optimized searching capabilities Proactively support and maintain effective user relationships by educating clients on system capabilities to drive full utilization. Trouble shoot issues across Johns Manville's digital platforms including, but not limited to, the company intranet, Microsoft 365 platform, customer portal and www.jm.com website. Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and effective project delivery while ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner. Help to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria. Manage, as directed, small projects, timelines, communications, and deliverables. Identify and develop tracking and reporting of key business performance indicators through various digital platforms, publish metric packages monthly along with recommended actions to improve. Develop and execute training programs (digital and in-person) to achieve accelerated adoption and usage of core Digital Workplace solutions. Develop communication plans, including but not limited to digital newsletters and blogs, highlighting digital capabilities and best practices Stay up to date with new features and products in the Digital Workplace portfolio and identify gaps in Digital Workplace offerings What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience supporting M365, SharePoint or comparable digital platforms Proficient in the Microsoft 365 Suite Proven ability to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions that support business objectives Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and determine appropriate solutions Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Management solutions and best practices Demonstrated ability to implement best business practices throughout an organization Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Proven project management skills to drive completion of deliverables Ability to work in a team and project environment Working experience with Customer Relationship Management Solutions (nice to have) May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to and including 25 pounds Current work environment is hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Benefits Johns Manville (JM) offers a wide range of benefits to employees.
