Legal Intern

Under the direction of the General Counsel and Sr. Corporate Counsel, support corporate and space law needs across in-house legal domains (regulatory compliance, contracts, IP, space policy, etc.).Review contracts, bids and proposals, and internal documents and records.Perform legal research, analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and draft legal memoranda.Support implementation of corporate, national security, and regulatory compliance procedures and draft internal guidance materials (including evaluation of legal and compliance tools, procedures, and best practices).Assist Policy teams with space policy legislation and regulatory research and analysis.Support external engagements, including presentations, speaker notes, and other logistics.Gain experience from and interact with team members across policy, government relations, program management, engineering, business development, business operations, and marketing & communications.
