MANAGING EXPECTATIONS · Leverage routing software to design and implement optimal routing solutions tailored to business markets.· Coordinate project activities and timelines with the Route Manager to ensure seamless communication across all levels of RBDC.· Collect, organize, and maintain essential customer information and relevant data related to the project.· Work with General Sales Manager and Market Leadership Teams as knowledgeable resources in many areas, with emphasis in productivity improvements and route engineering, ensuring effective, efficient routes· Provide trouble shooting, problem analysis, and technical support to the General Sales Managers and Market Leadership Teams as requested.· Monitor and control projects through administrative direction to ensure projects are completed on scheduled timelines.· Improve overall customer service in all markets· Expected to use good and professional judgment at all times. Appropriately seek direction from the corrective upper management when assistance is needed.· Ability to travel up to as needed.
