Description We are in search of an Office Manager to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry, based in DENVER, Colorado. This role entails coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. You will be supervising administrative staff, managing office budgets, and ensuring a safe and organized workplace environment.Responsibilities: Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure optimal performance Managing agendas, travel plans, appointments etc. for upper management Overseeing the general maintenance of the office and coordinating necessary repairs Implementing procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and events Organizing office layouts and ordering stationeries and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace environment Managing office budgets, and ensuring that expenses are minimized Maintain records of contracts, agreements, invoices etc.This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Concur and CRM Understanding of Dentrix Dental Software and About Time Ability to handle Accounting Functions Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Capable of Answering Inbound Calls Experience in the Oil & Gas industry Proven track record as an effective Office Manager Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
