Description Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Robert Half has partnered with a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in the Denver Tech Center on the search for a 10+ years’ litigation paralegal to join their growing team, on a direct hire basis. This Firm is not a high-volume practice, and they strive to offer a high level of service to all clients in which they represent. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conduct comprehensive client intake interviews, building rapport and gathering detailed information about accidents and injuries.
Analyze medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other evidence to develop strong cases.
Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with meticulous accuracy.
Conduct legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and personal injury principles.
Schedule and coordinate medical examinations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Manage client communication, keeping them informed, empathetic, and involved throughout the legal process.
Draft settlement demands and negotiate aggressively with insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and creating demonstrative aids.
Maintain meticulous and organized case files, ensuring efficient access to critical information.
Docketing and calculating deadlines
Stay current on personal injury law developments and emerging trends.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate but not required. Our client does offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
