Quality Manager

Maintain and evolve the existing AS9100‑compliant QMS, including formal AS9100 certification, in support of Astroscale U.S. mission needs.Ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100, and customer requirements.Lead internal and external audits.Facilitate customer and supplier visits, supplier qualification, audits, and incoming inspection.Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action, maintain the discrepancy reporting system, and ensure timely closure of issues.Ensure robust traceability across hardware, software, and procedures, supporting Astroscale’s mission assurance requirements.Support the continuous improvement of the quality management system leading initiatives, process mapping, and quality training to support organizational growth and cross‑functional alignment.Work directly alongside internal and external customers in support of project delivery.Prepare and present reports and metrics to Astroscale U.S. leadership.Collaborate with staff from other Astroscale entities.
