Senior Procurement Specialist

Oversees the purchasing activities in procuring materials, equipment, and services. Ensures contracts with suppliers and vendors are consistent with company objectives. Participates in contract negotiations with internal customers and suppliers to secure consistent supplies and quality services at competitive prices.  May provide Coupa system support.Essential Functions: Develop and oversee the supplier base for assigned services or construction projects. Works with internal customers and vendors to support procurement efforts.Support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities.Assist with vendor negotiations to achieve the best value, quality, and service.Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain vendor records.Support the preparation, review, and administration of vendor contracts.Partner with internal stakeholders to develop RFPs, scopes of work, and sourcing requirements.Research suppliers and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure high levels of service.Maintain compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.May provide Coupa system support, reporting, and process improvements.
