As the Product Manage you will be passionate about technology and process improvement. Initially, you will lead the successful deployment of a dedicated Workday tenant at GE Healthcare.This is a critical role for the new GE HealthCare company, and you will play a critical part in shaping the future of HR across the organization! Your challenge is to take the compensation and benefits process to the next level transforming to contemporary processes.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesA Workday Product Manager in GE HealthCare act as the CEO of their product area and is responsible for delivering smart digital solutions to the most critical HR processes. You will take your product to the next level tasked with creating new and improved experiences for users by deploying new tool features, enhancing existing processes, deploying better user support, and evaluating industry best practices and trends.As a successful Product Manager, you will :

Contribute to the overall successful build of a dedicated GE HealthCare tenant of Workday.

Be accountable for providing comprehensive functional expertise on Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management configuration.

Engage functional stakeholder to ensure smooth annual processing of global Salary Planning, Executive Compensation and Benefits elections

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa

Plan, design and execute the products multiyear roadmap plan

Lead and support each phase of the end to end to deployment cycle

Be a change agent with the ability to plan and execute highly visible, cross business initiatives.

Demonstrate facilitation skills with a clear ability to 'consult' with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our needs through good design.

Engage and supporting all products, ensuring an agile team culture drives complimentary and contemporary solutions which re-imagine the way we will work

Problem solve to address concerns as they arise and craft creative solutions

Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to assess Workday capabilities & delivery solutions against needs and propose other third-party solutions where appropriate

Drive change management through contemporary communication to influence earlier adoption across the company

Define, track, and drive success metrics for the Product

Qualifications and experience

Solid experience in human resources or payroll,

Certification in Workday Compensation is preferred or basic experience functionally designing, building, and implementing compensation or Benefits changes in a Workday ecosystem

Excellent oral and written communications skills - fully fluent English

Deep HR functional knowledge through supporting regional HR related project or working in an HR Operational role

Demonstrate strong Project Management knowledge and experience over multiple projects

A passion for working in a global matrix organization across diverse teams and cultures

Proven track record of leading successful change impacting large populations

Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution and prioritization skills

Critical thinker capable of interpreting a range of relevant data sources

Desired skills

Strongexperience in a compensation, benefits, or absence domain.

Experience of working in a large global organization

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or comparable background

Deep understanding of HR practices, policies and/or processes

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Experienced with using Lean Tools and methodology
