Job Responsibilities
️ Master various cooking techniques, including stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, braising, and roasting
️ Prepare classic American Chinese dishes, such as General Tso’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein
️ Manage kitchen ingredients, control food costs, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards
️ Assist in menu development, continuously improving and innovating dishes
️ Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance efficiency and maintain high food quality
