About the Position
We’re looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable line and prep cooks to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, stays cool under pressure, and works clean, fast, and organized. You’ll be part of a tight, respectful kitchen that values communication, efficiency, and Cuban flavor done right.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen (fast-casual, high-volume, or scratch-prep preferred)
Strong knife skills and understanding of prep fundamentals
Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and uphold quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work collaboratively
Food handler certification (or ability to obtain one)
