The Molecule Effect – Part-Time Keyholder
South Broadway Walk-Up / Drive-Thru Location
We’re looking for an experienced part-time Keyholder (15–25 hrs/week) with barista skills, a passion for coffee (and cocktails!), and a love for delivering genuine, above-and-beyond customer service.
This is not your typical café—we’re a walk-up/drive-thru location with a large outdoor patio (no indoor seating), a fantastic team, and amazing customers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strong barista experience and attention to detail
Flexible schedule with open availability, including weekends
Excellent customer service skills and a cheerful, optimistic personality
A love for coffee, wine, beer, and cocktails
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while keeping a sense of humor
Dependability and a commitment to being part of a strong team

POSITION DETAILS:
15–25 hours per week
A flexible schedule with weekend availability is required
Midday & closing shifts
Leadership responsibilities & cash handling
Serving coffee, beer, wine, cocktails, and light food items
Side work, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
Must be 21+
