Construction Expeditor / Light Carpentry / Helpers / Handyman / Admin Professionals!
Immediate Opening: Looking for a responsible, hard-working, friendly individual to join our growing team. In this role you will assist the General Manager with production related tasks. These task may include: pulling permits, scheduling jobs, customer communication, work orders and change orders, setting equipment and picking up materials, coordinating subs, ordering materials, taking job site photos, final punch lists and closing out projects. Basically whatever the GM needs help with on any given project.
1. Good time management, organization and people skills are required
2. Must be a team player and have a good attitude
3. Light carpentry, painting, drywall skills is a PLUS
4. Must have a good driving record (to drive company Vans/Trucks) + have your own reliable transportation
