Responsibilities
Assist machinists and technicians with daily shop tasks
Deburr, clean, and prep parts for machining and assembly
Load/unload materials, organize inventory, and manage shop supplies
Keep work areas clean, swept, and safe
Operate basic shop tools (grinders, sanders, saws, etc.)
Support shipping/receiving, packing parts, and general production needs
Qualifications
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Experience in automotive or race environments is helpful but not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential
