We are looking for individuals who can think and work on their own. The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. These duties include but are not limited to: cleaning and preparing construction sites; loading and unloading materials and equipment; following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Follow instructions and implement construction plans.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to work form 7 AM – 3 PM Monday – Friday or as needed
Must be punctual
Experience in fence building.
A valid driver's license (and must be insurable).
Flexibility for irregular work hours.
Basic math and construction skills (measuring length and width).
English proficiency for communication.
Ability to operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment is a plus.
Safety and Working Conditions:
Must prioritize safety, including correcting unsafe conditions.
Involves physical labor such as walking, standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
Work is outdoors and indoors, exposed to various environmental conditions like heat, cold, and fumes.
The position emphasizes safety and the ability to adapt to various conditions while working on construction projects.
Compensation is $22 - $29 Depending on Experience
