Pay: $30 per hour starting (based on experience)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years insulation installation experience
Experience in a lead or crew-lead role
Valid driver’s license required!
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Essential
Job Duties:
Lead and manage insulation installation jobs
Work hands-on alongside crew
Ensure quality, safety, and clean job sites
Communicate with supervisors and customers
