What You’ll Do:
Store and pack goods for shipment
Operate production line equipment
Assemble products and measure raw materials
Report equipment issues and help keep the workspace clean
Support your team and communicate with management
Promote safety and follow company policies
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred
1–3 years general work experience (food production a plus)
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
Team player with problem-solving skills
Willingness to work additional hours/overtime if needed
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $19-20 (based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity)
The shift is M-TH 4:00am-2:30pm
