What we do:

Offer a recycling drop-off site to the public where we accept 20+ hard-to-recycle items

Collection and disassembly of electronic waste – the fastest growing waste stream on the planet

Provide job coaching and supervision to individuals who have intellectual/developmental

Disabilities

Provide our workers with opportunities to give back and gain further job skills through volunteer work and activities in the community

The position(s) we are seeking:

Vocational/Community Specialist

This position's duties are two-fold. The work involves providing mentorship and supervision 2 days a week to individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) while they volunteer at local non-profits and explore their community with the purpose of facilitating greater community connection and a broadening of job skills. The other part of this position's duties is to provide supervision and job training to individuals with IDD as they work in paid positions to disassemble electronics for recycling.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Your qualities/qualifications:
