Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Scheduler to support our growing event management operation. This role is critical to ensuring events are staffed accurately, schedules are maintained in real time, and communication between management, staff, and clients runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage staff schedules for multiple events

Communicate scheduling changes clearly and efficiently to field staff

Track attendance, call-outs, late arrivals, and last-minute adjustments

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Support management with administrative tasks and daily operations

Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner

Coordinate with clients and supervisors to ensure proper coverage

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,app scheduling platforms)

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities

Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and reliability

Previous scheduling, administrative, or event management experience preferred

Work Environment:

In Office job PT or FT

Fast-paced, deadline-driven event industry

May require evenings, weekends, or on-call availability during peak events
