We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing overall efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently.

Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Maintain the appointment calendar.

Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and document preparation.

Research and source parts for various active repairs.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Maintain supplies inventory and order materials as needed.

Must be able to communicate with various insurance and warranty companies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in an administrative role.

Basic knowledge with Quickbooks but will train.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
