- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products

- Experience with Fieldwire software is a plus

General position requirements of the Project Manager role:

- Responsible for all aspects of the Delivery and Installation of the Furniture/Products

- Responsible for meeting the labor and PM cost budgets.

- Responsible for creating and maintaining the delivery/installation schedules

- Responsible for ensuring that the Installation meets all Quality requirements

- Keeps client(s) (including GC’s) informed of project progress/status as agreed to/appropriate for the project.

- Responsible for project logistics and delivery planning.

- Manages Change Order process effectively.

- Understands the various methods of (and applicability of) securing Costs including estimating on their own, seeking pricing from subcontractors, creating and evaluating RFP’s in order to provide labor pricing to sales person.

- Owns, implements and resolves Punch process.

- Prepares for and effectively participates in weekly team and/or project meetings.

Salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 Per Year.
