We are a small but growing Property Management company, looking for an experienced customer service admin/personal assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Property Manager to ensure efficient daily business operations. Candidate will also help with running the household and making sure that light daily tasks are being completed for home and with children. This company is ran out of the company Owners home with a small Home office outside of the home.

Qualifications/ Requirements (Part time Job, 12 hours per week, flexibale schedule):

College Students welcome

Must like Children and Pets (dogs)

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Multitasker

Experienced in web based applications

Property Management skills (Assistant)

Reliable (Have to have a car and be able to drive all of the city)

Go Getter and an Independent worker

Strong Attention to Details

Experience with iOS Apple Devices and software

Basic Knowledge of Property Management Services

Must have good writing skills

Knowledge with Abode

About Positions:

-Position is currently in office 2 days a week, 12 hours per week. (More hours and hybrid possible after training and show of work ethics and completion of tasks.)

-Work days would be Monday and Wednesday, but days are not set in stone.

-Compensation depending on Experience, Hourly rate starting at $15/ hour

-1099- Independent Contractor Work, No Benefits, sick days or vacation time offered

-Must work Evenings for Meetings 4 times a year (once a quarter from about 5-8pm)

-On Call work occasionally if Property Manager is out of town

-Must have car and be able to drive all over the city

-Manage calendars, coordinate and schedule customer/tenant appointments

-Process payments

-Answer and direct phone calls, texts and emails with professionalism and courtesy

-Maintain a well organized workspace, including file and records

-Create work orders, estimates

-Complete light housekeeping items: make sure home is picked up, take children's clothes to their rooms, start laundry, bring children's laundry down, etc.
