Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Recommend and upsell products to meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Cash management and reconciliation duties
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience a MUST!
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell to customers (this is NOT simply a cashiering opportunity)
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
