Colorado Safety Supply Company is a 100% woman owned safety equipment that has been in business for over 12 years. Three divisions focusing on safety equipment, training/consulting, and compliance with fire extinguishers/First Aid/ AED division and we need an amazing personality and team player to help us work with our clientele.

Our mission is to provide the best safety education, equipment, compliance and trainings for workers in all industries where proper training and gear and knowledge is essential to the safety in their everyday jobs. We have an important goal and we need a few great people to get us there!

Our new amazing Retail/ Training office in Denver, CO will have Four training rooms, a 20’ training tower for Rescue, fall protection, confined space, roofing, rope access and more. Frequent job site visits are typical and teaching at our location or client’s location is standard.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a personable, efficient, and hardworking Retail /Customer Service Specialist team member to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is a blend of front-of-house retail responsibilities and customer experience management. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing product inventory, help maintain training certifications, answering customer calls and purchases while maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels and organizing products in the retail store customer experiences.

Support the sales team by assisting in the creation of training materials and certifications.

Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient space.

Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Experience in retail sales, particularly with fall protection products, or a strong desire to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic work environment.

Experience in retail management is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
