Position Summary:
As a Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) with our Allstate agency, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
· Promote and sell Allstate insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, and other lines of insurance).
· Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and Allstate’s offerings.
Qualifications:
· Valid Property and Casualty insurance license (required). Life & Health License preferred.
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
· Proficient with computers and sales CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base salary of $40,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
