Commercial Landscape and Snow Operation

Denver Metro | Leadership Track Role

Energyscapes is seeking a high-caliber Irrigation Supervisor to own, lead, and continuously improve irrigation operations across a portfolio of complex commercial properties.

This role is leadership-first, technical-second. You must be technically excellent, but your true value is your ability to lead people, enforce standards, and run systems.

Aspire proficiency is non-negotiable.

This is a working leadership role with a clear path toward senior operations responsibility for the right person.

Why This Role Is Different

Most irrigation supervisor roles are reactive, underpowered, and capped.

This one is not.

At Energyscapes, we operate with:

Clear standards

Modern systems

Real accountability

Top-of-market pay

A leadership development mindset

We are building a future-forward commercial landscape platform, and irrigation performance is mission-critical.

Our Values (How We Operate)

These are not wall art. They are operating principles:

Raise the Floor – We continually improve baseline performance

Choose Truth – Integrity in communication, numbers, and execution

Be Joy – Professional, positive, grounded leadership under pressure

Future Forward – Technology, automation, and smarter systems

Rapid Response – Issues are acknowledged and acted on within 24 hours

If you do not like structure, standards, or accountability, this role will be uncomfortable.

If you thrive in them, this role will accelerate your career.

Role Summary

You will oversee 2 to 3 irrigation teams, while remaining fully capable of executing work independently when required. You are responsible for system performance, water efficiency, team productivity, and operational discipline.

We pay for impact, not titles.

Who This Role Is For

A proven irrigation professional ready to lead at a higher level

Someone who values systems, standards, and continuous improvement

A leader who understands that people development drives performance

A professional looking for long-term growth, not just a job

If you want to run zones, this is not the role.

If you want to run a division and grow as a leader, we want to talk.
