Property Management Company looking for Junior Commercial HVAC Technician to join the team!
Full Time Position
Starting Pay $29 - $34 / hr based on experience. Salary options available as well.
General Overview of duties:
In charge of responding to hot/cold calls with the Senior HVAC Technician until initial responses can be handled solo. Current portfolio spans Lakewood to Centennial. Assisting Senior HVAC Tech in portfolio-wide inventory of equipment, capital improvements, preventative maintenance, and assist in the creation of a full program for service and maintenance data logging.
General Experience desired:
-1 to 3 years of commercial experience
-Worked on 5 to 80 ton rooftop packages, Hydronic Heating Systems, Building Automation Systems, & Commercial Refrigeration.
Property Service call duties:
-Responding to tickets generated by property management team for hot/cold temperatures in suites/common areas.
-Respond to tickets about system outages as it relates to HVAC systems, possible plumbing emergencies.
-Conducting a professional demeanor while interacting with tenants and on a property.
Housekeeping duties:
-Working on completion of inventory sheets for equipment.
-Maintaining cleanliness/orderliness of HVAC equipment areas.
-Ensuring doors to HVAC areas are secured and local lockbox has keys.
-Ensure truck is stocked with materials as directed by Senior HVAC Technician.
Preventive Maintenance/Capital Improvement Projects:
-Assisting Senior HVAC Technician in procurement of materials as directed for projects/maintenance.
-Assisting Senior HVAC Technician in installation/repair projects.
