Lightning Mobile Electric is looking for a Lighting Division Manager to lead our growing lighting team. This is a hands-on role for someone with electrical experience, leadership skills, and a passion for getting projects done right.
What you’ll do:
Manage the lighting division team (electricians, project managers, support staff)
Plan, schedule, and oversee lighting projects from start to finish
Keep projects on time and on budget
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Ensure safety and code compliance
What we’re looking for:
Experience in electrical contracting, preferably lighting projects
Leadership and team management experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Bonus: business development experience
