Full-Time Maintenance / Handyman Position
We are hiring a full-time maintenance technician with basic plumbing experience.
Knowledge of drain cleaning is a strong plus.
Job includes:
Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, faucet replacements, etc.)
General handyman tasks (painting, drywall, light electrical, small repairs) and unit turnovers and property upkeep
Requirements:
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Basic tools and transportation required
Please be honest about your experience and skill level
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Location: Aurora / Denver area
Compensation: Based on experience
Must pass background check.
