All West Surface Prep is a growing subcontractor specializing in polished concrete and surface preparation. We are looking for a dependable Polished Concrete Installer to join our crew. Experience in concrete finishing, grinding, or epoxy flooring is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with concrete grinding, polishing, and surface prep
Operate floor grinding/polishing equipment safely and efficiently
Apply sealers, dyes, and coatings as required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Construction or flooring experience preferred (will train the right person)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
Reliable transportation to job sites across [region/city]
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to travel for projects when required
