The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for ensuring high-quality service and repair of heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role provides technical leadership, and ensures safety
and compliance with Premier Building Services standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment, RTUs, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, minisplits,
Chillers, Hydronic Boilers, Steam Boilers, and related systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical HVAC failures.
Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders.
Ensure proper material, equipment, and tool preparation before each job.
Perform final quality checks and walk-throughs with clients or supervisors.
Provide job updates to dispatch, office staff, and management.
Communicate with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.
Complete Job notes, job photos, time logs, and documentation promptly.
Submit material lists, change orders, recommendations, and deficiency reports.
