We are an electrical contractor in Englewood, Colorado. We were voted the top electrical contractor in Englewood for 2023. Quality of service is always our number one priority.

We are a small, friendly company and take company culture and the satisfaction of our staff very seriously. We are looking for a Colorado licensed JW electrician who does quality work at a steady pace.

We are looking to rebuild and expand our service department. We have great customers, great reviews and great electricians. We have a pretty good system, but we are always improving and appreciate input.

We are looking for a JW Electrician that has experience in service and having experience as a service manager is a strong plus. We are looking for someone energetic and smart, but also someone that is honest and is good with customers. We pride ourselves on integrity and workmanship.

Initially our service manager will work within the system we have, to learn our system. Then you will run your own van as a service electrician. As time goes on you will be in the field less and working in the office more. You will have a support team of electricians and office staff around you to make sure you are able to meet your goals.

Currently this is a home-based business, and the living room is the office. We are already looking for commercial properties to move into. This will be a great opportunity for the right person. Open to negotiations for compensation as we want to be competitive to attract the right person. Once you are hired there is only more room for better compensation as we build this.

Monitor service metrics and analyze customer feedback to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Monitor department issues and client complaints.

Use your problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain customer relationships.

This is a supervisory position, and you will be responsible for leading and teaching apprentice electricians. Our service department does a mix of commercial and residential service calls, with a few industrial every now and then.

We are willing to train the right licensed JW electrician to manage the service department as we grow.
