We are Demo's Well and Pump Systems. Our owners have over 75 years of combined experience meeting customers' residential water needs, installing well pumps, designing water storage systems, and properly diagnosing and treating water quality issues. We operate out of Evergreen and travel nearly anywhere within a 3-hr drive. Our business is growing, and we are looking for capable employees to grow along with us. Although our industry is water, we are looking for A-level players who have general experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction, and/or landscaping. On-the-job training will help improve the necessary skillsets, but a basic understanding of tools, materials, and job safety is preferred. We work behind pump rigs in variable weather conditions and in mechanical rooms of various sizes. Soft skills such as honesty, work ethic, and problem solving are also valued and will be considered for hiring and compensation. We prefer someone out of the the Evergreen/Conifer area for convenience, but this is not a requirement.
This is a part-time job that has the potential to become full-time.
